Just the name sounds refreshing right? For those readers that don't know me at all, let me confess that I don't like sports. I'm more into tech and science. But I learned how to prepare this drink from a family member who does like sports.
This person I'm talking about used to come home from a harsh training session and he fixed himself a Frosty Mexican, a drink better known as the Corona Margarita. I'm talking about my uncle here. Once I went to visit him at his place and it was really hot, and he started to prepare the Frosty for both of us. I watched him closely and he told me: "I might die if I don't have these ingredients at home. I can live without my medication, but not without my cocktail."

This is a recipe that's been in my family for many generations, it comes from my grandpa! I started drinking with him and that is the last thing that I can remember. If you are a frequent reader you might know by now that I and the liquor are not a great pair. But in case you can handle your booze, here is this amazing recipe that will perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients:
  • Lemon juice
  • Orange juice
  • Triple sec (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Orange liquor)
  • Tequila
  • 1 Corona beer
  • Syrup
Preparation:
  • Put some ice on your shaker, remember you need to serve this very cold.
  • Add 1 and 1/2 parts of tequila (1 once), 1 part of lemon juice, 1/2 part of orange juice, 1/2 part of triple sec and 1/2 part of syrup.
  • Mix and shake very well. Serve in a Margarita glass and "snow" the edge of the glass with salt.
  • Now all you have to do is turn the Corona bottle inside your drink
How to "snow" your drink:
Use a lemon and rub it on the edge of your glass. Then turn the glass over some salt (that you will have served previously on a plate).
Enjoy now and cheers!
